Overworked my hip and sadly had to miss Juan Rodriguez‘s contemporary ballet tonight.
As it turned out, I wasn’t the only one missing class. Caught this gorgeous lady Moe Suzuki dancing on stage in Queens.

Great to see Moe Suzuki, Lauren Wolter, Emily Dimmock Pelaez perform tonight at the Voices & Visions Contemporary Dance Showcase at the Alvin Ailey Theater. Congrats on a lovely show!
I especially enjoyed “Onward” by Kristin Sudeikis (filled with energy, just like the title of piece) and “Between You and Me” by Juan Rodriguez (incidentally, class tomorrow night with Juan. Yay!!!).
